A fractal animation created with Mandelbulb 3d, video editing done in Blender 3d, on a new computer that I had built from an old, used Dell Precision Tower T5810 with a few parts from my old computer. Technical details CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2699 v3 with 18 cores at 2.5 gHz base frequency *side note: Since Mandelbulb 3d is a 32-bit program, there's not too much of a speed gain from my old i5-3570k processor.* RAM: 32gb of 2133mHz ECC memory - DDR4 Main storage: 1tb SSD from Samsung via SATA III GPU was not used by Mandelbulb 3d
